Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders containing special-order, backordered, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, shipping destination, and available carrier services.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, Tway Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong product, contact Tway Motorsports as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Please include your order number and photos of any damaged products or packaging when applicable.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered for a particular order, pickup instructions will be provided after the order is confirmed.
