A family. A shop.
A decade of podium finishes.

Founding
Jim Tway founded the company in 2015 while working as an aerospace engineer in Southern California. What began as a side project in the garage steadily outgrew the weekends, and by 2022 it had become a full-time venture built around the cars he loved.
Early Days
The first products were a line of in-house aerodynamic parts for late-model Corvettes, designed, tested, and refined on track. That work quickly opened the door to trackside tuning and support, which became the real engine of growth.
Current Offerings
Today the shop offers a complete range of racing services and performance parts. That includes custom-designed components, curated retail parts from top manufacturers, driver development and engineering support for amateur and professional racers, installation services, trackside mechanical and technical inspection, and deep expertise in modern racing electrical systems, software, and tuning.
Position
That breadth comes from experience. Jim spent 15 years in advanced vehicle systems, contributing to programs like the Boeing 787, Minuteman III ICBM, and Phantom Works prototype unmanned aircraft and helicopters. Combined with more than two decades of racing in SCCA Road Racing, NASA Pro Racing, and collegiate Formula SAE, that background gives the shop a rare combination of engineering discipline and seat-time intuition.
Family Driven
Behind the work is a family fully invested in racing. Jim sets the technical direction, Erin runs operations and joins trackside support, and their sons Adam and Wyatt—both competing in the Speed Ventures Corvette Challenge—handle shop work around school at Cypress College and San Diego State University.
